Considering this partnership as a positive tool in attracting to Belarus changes, this gear should be taken into account the position of civil society in this country, due to the important role of civil society in the operation of state law. In particular, maintain transparency mechanism societateaa civil partnership, helping to strengthen the cooperation between Belarus and EU. Also, civil society must be guaranteed participation in all key processes of the Partnership (platforms, committees, etc..), And public control of these processes. Certainly the civil society in Belarus has the capacity to participate in forming public agenda, which lead to social progress, economic and democratic Belarus, and therefore, frequent meetings between representatives of civil society and the government should be encouraged.
