Έκθεση: Adina-Ioana Vălean in writing. - A coherent European energy policy can not exist in the absence of accurate and complete reports from the 27 Member States on energy investments held within each one. It is important, however, that the EU's executive to take account of the need to ensure confidentiality of information provided by national, as we deal with sensitive information on a very important market. The energy security of Europe is an important issue but the Commission must be aware that information received from each state can not be made public, especially given that they are purely commercial. Report every two years, energy investment projects will enable the European Commission to prepare a periodic review to provide further development of the EU's energy system and thus will be able to intervene in time when the occurrence of any gaps or problems. It requires finding a mechanism for compliance reporting required by the European Commission under the provisions of previous Commission Regulation on information on investment in energy infrastructure projects within the European Community have not been respected by all Member States.
