It is essential to have a sufficient overview precise to promote a better match between supply and demand of energy at European level and to decide the most appropriate investments in infrastructure. This will also increase transparency in the markets (while protecting corporate data) and to fight against phenomena of energy dependence vis-à-vis a source or site of supply.
